• I ask that you provide a 20% deposit to confirm any booking. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, I am happy to return your deposit or apply it to a future date.

• If I am booking a hotel, I ask that you provide a deposit of the corresponding amount. 

• I welcome brief (5 min) introductory Zoom or Skype calls for both of our assurance and comfort
